Join and manage local deals alerts

The local deals launch list saves your interest in promotions from participating Southeast Texas businesses. Signup is open now. Delivery starts when promotions and messaging are available; there are currently no active offers to redeem through this signup. Joining is free and separate from a directory account.

Join the list

1. Open Explore SETX and choose Local Deals & Discounts, or visit Local deals. On a business profile, choose Get local deals to carry that business into the form.
2. Enter Full name, Email address, and Mobile number. All three fields are required. Use a US mobile number with 10 digits or a leading 1.
3. Under Choose how you get deals, select email, text, or both. Both consent boxes start unchecked. Select at least one channel. Text consent is optional; message and data rates may apply.
4. If you came from a business profile, that business is selected as your interest. Also send me deals from other participating Southeast Texas businesses starts unchecked. On the regional signup page, your interest covers participating businesses across the region.
5. Choose Join for free local deals. Wait for You’re on the local deals list before closing the page.
6. Save the private Manage my signup link shown on the success screen. Bookmark it; signup currently sends no confirmation email or text. Anyone with this link can opt out your contact details, so keep it private.

Each offer will include its availability and redemption terms when promotions launch. Selecting a business records your interest; it does not mean the business currently has an offer.

Turn off alerts

1. Open your saved Manage my signup link.
2. Choose Unsubscribe from deal alerts.
3. Check for Your deal alerts are turned off. This stops both deal email and text channels on existing signup records with the same email or mobile number.

Troubleshooting

• Choose email or text alerts to join: select at least one consent checkbox and submit again.
• Please enter a valid US phone number: use 10 digits, or 11 digits beginning with 1.
• A signup was recently received: wait 15 minutes before adding another business. Existing consent is kept intact.
• Earlier opt-out: contact [email protected] for assistance. A new anonymous signup cannot reverse an earlier opt-out.
• That business is currently unavailable: use the regional signup form, or return to an active business profile.
• We couldn’t save your signup: your submission was not confirmed. Retry shortly.
• Lost or invalid preferences link: contact [email protected] with the email or phone used to join. The team must verify the request before changing preferences.

For business owners

Claim your free listing to manage your business information. Deal participation and sending are separate from claiming a listing. The current deals feature collects customer interest; it does not publish or send a promotion for your business.
